Vaccination Policy

VACCINATION POLICY

At Taylor Shaw we are committed to maintaining a healthy and safe environment.

Following extensive consultation within our team, we believe that having a completely vaccinated workforce will best reduce the likelihood of infection with COVID-19 and the likelihood of serious negative health outcomes for those who become infected. Therefore, our firm has adopted the Government's "My Vaccine Pass" as a condition of entry to our offices.

What does this mean for you?

This means that from 1 February 2022, any person aged over 12 years and 3 months entering our premises will be required to produce a current My Vaccine Passport.

Our policy follows the Government’s current advice and is aligned with the approach taken by other law firms within the industry. We will continue to review our approach on our vaccination policy as more information becomes available from the Government.

We ask that you respect and support our policy by communicating your vaccination status with the person you are dealing with at Taylor Shaw ahead of any in-person meeting at our offices. If you are not fully vaccinated, please let us know and we can arrange for your meeting to be via video call, phone call, or possibly at an off-site location.

We also ask that visitors follow current Ministry of Health advice around mask wearing and social distancing, and sign in with their NZ COVID Tracer app upon arrival at our offices.

If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch with us and we can help you work through them.

Thank you for your support.
