Ruby is a Senior Solicitor in our Property and Commercial Team.

Ruby provides advice to clients on a range of property matters, including due diligence on prospective property sale and purchases, sale and purchase transactions and commercial lease arrangements. In particular, Ruby has experience in advising on issues arising from Records of Title and LIMs in a commercial property context.  

Recent work includes:

• Advising a client on complex title and access issue in a rural area;
• Preparing a due diligence report on a commercial property purchase;
• Advising a client on the implementation of a bulk housing infrastructure development;
• Assisting clients in reviewing auction materials; and
• Preparing commercial lease agreements.
